Who We Are

Brad Peterson founded On Point Solutions in 2009. He brings more than three decades of experience in sales management, business development, and leadership to the On Point team, with most of his career dedicated to the manufacturing and industrial market segments.
Brad believes in hiring talented professionals, aligning them with a clear vision, and supporting them so they can perform to their full potential. He has been married to his wife, Betsy, for 35 years. Together, they raised four children and are proud grandparents to ten grandchildren.
Brad is actively involved in Crossroads Community Church in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. In his free time, he enjoys raising and training English Setters for hunting and field trials, caring for his seven English Setters and two horses, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Jordan Peterson serves as a Managing Partner for On Point Solutions and has been selling and marketing industrial manufacturing equipment since 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin Stout.
Early in his career working with metal fabricators across Wisconsin, Jordan drew on his background as a former collegiate athlete, bringing contagious energy, discipline, and a competitive mindset to every project. In 2017, he relocated to Tennessee to spearhead the expansion of On Point Solutions throughout the Southeast.
Jordan lives in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife, Hannah, and their daughter, SJ. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and playing golf. He spends his summers in Northern Wisconsin and his falls in the Western United States hunting. A lifelong Wisconsin sports fan, he shares his home with three dogs, Boone, Walter, and Peach.

Joshua Peterson serves On Point Solutions as Managing Partner, focused on Operations Management and Financial Management functions. Josh joined On Point Solutions in 2016 and previously served as a Territory Manager in the state of Wisconsin. Before joining the family business, he spent five years as a Facilities Engineer with a Fortune 500 company and served as an Army Engineer Officer in the Wisconsin National Guard for nine years.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from the University of Wisconsin Stout and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. He is passionate about the metal fabrication industry and the people within it.
He resides in Hartland, Wisconsin with his wife, Alix, and their three daughters, Rosalie, Estelle, and Evangeline. Josh also shares his home with two dogs, Chief and Ari. Outside of work, he enjoys western big game hunting, the Wisconsin outdoors, football, and golf.

Ross Carey started his journey with On Point in January 2020 and has been a vital member of the team ever since. Prior to joining On Point, Ross was a Territory Engineer for 3 years and has also worked in Metal Fabrication as a Mechanical Engineer and Shop Floor Manager. Ross is a highly qualified professional with a Bachelors in Packaging Engineering from University of Wisconsin Stout. He currently resides in Green Bay, WI with his wife. When he's not working, Ross enjoys spending time on the golf course, going hunting, and staying fit through fitness training. With his diverse background and experience, Ross is able to bring a unique perspective to his role as Key Accounts Manager at On Point.

James Taraboi has worked for On Point-Solutions since May of 2021 as a Territory Manger in Wisconsin. Previously he spent 10 years in various manager roles in manufacturing companies, and currently serves as an Engineer Non-commissioned Officer in the Army National Guard. James has a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Sales and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. While working with metal fabricators in Wisconsin, he quickly learned to utilize his experiences as a former collegiate athlete to bring energy and a disciplined approach to each of his projects. He resides in Green Bay, WI with his wife Paula and son Hendrix. Outside of work he enjoys spending time outdoors; boating, hunting and golf.

Johnny Lanser is a professional with over 15 years of experience in sales and territory management, Johnny brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Most recently, he has been working in the industrial equipment industry in Southeast Wisconsin. When he's not working, Johnny enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife Laura and their four kids. The Lanser family can often be found on the water or in the woods, or participating in one of the many sports they are all involved in. Johnny's strong work ethic, vast industry experience, and passion for his family and community make him a valuable asset to the On Point team.

Ross Beals is a true Nashville local with a passion for both business and the great outdoors. Ross received his BS in Business Administration from Tennessee Tech University (TTU) and has since honed his skills in Solution Sales, Project Management, and Customer Service. When Ross isn't closing deals and managing projects, you can find him spending time with his family, exploring the beautiful Tennessee wilderness, or playing music. A former athlete, Ross still maintains an active lifestyle and loves all levels of football, though he doesn't have a specific team he supports. With deep roots in Nashville, Ross brings a unique blend of local knowledge and business acumen to the team. He's committed to delivering the best solutions and customer service to clients and is dedicated to making Nashville a better place.

Greg Jordan has been in the steel sales and manufacturing industry since 2012 but brings 20 years of sales experience to the team. He joined the On Point team in 2019. Greg holds a B.S in Organizational leadership from Union University in Jackson Tennessee. He enjoys the challenges of building, managing, and maintaining Mississippi and West Tennessee territories. Greg has learned that building relationship quickly, and hard work helps to give our team the edge in providing solutions to the metal fabrication Industry.  When he is not hard at work for On Point Solutions, Greg is a pastor of a rural church and enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family as well as occasional round of golf.  He currently resides in Atoka Tennessee just minutes from Mississippi.      

Kenny Craft serves as Territory Manager for On Point Solutions, supporting manufacturers across Kentucky and East Tennessee. Raised in Eastern Kentucky, Kenny was a first-generation Robinson Scholar at the University of Kentucky, where he earned a degree in Integrated Strategic Communications with an emphasis in business and account management. Since entering the metal fabrication industry in 2023, Kenny has focused on building strong, long-term partnerships with fabricators throughout the region. Known for his relationship-first approach and attention to detail, he works closely with customers to identify practical equipment solutions that strengthen operations and drive measurable results. Kenny lives in Kentucky and is a proud Kentucky Wildcats fan. Outside of work, he enjoys attending live comedy shows and concerts, traveling, golfing, and following his interest in real estate. He also shares his home with his dog, Lexi.

Mike Berg serves as a Territory Sales Manager for On Point Solutions and has been selling industrial manufacturing equipment for just over a year. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in sales and marketing from the University of Wisconsin Stout. He spent a majority of his earlier career working in the heavy equipment and wastewater treatment industries, Mike drew on his background as a former collegiate athlete, bringing hard work ethic, discipline, and a competitive mindset to every project. Mike lives in Saint Michael Minnesota with his wife Kelsey and their daughters Braelynn, Kenna and son Riggins. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his kids, nieces and nephews and traveling to all of their activities. He spends his summers back in his hometown where his in-laws live on a lake, and parents live within that area. A lifelong Minnesota sports fan.

Adam Rounds serves as a Territory Manager for North Dakota and South Dakota with a diverse background spanning the paint, corrugated packaging, industrial consumables, and machine tool industries. Since beginning his career in sales, Adam has built a reputation for bringing energy, discipline, and a genuine passion for helping customers find the right solutions to move their businesses forward. In addition to his professional career, Adam has proudly served in the South Dakota National Guard and Army Reserve since November 2000. His military service has shaped his leadership style, work ethic, and commitment to serving others. Adam lives in Brandon, South Dakota with his wife and their seven children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, fishing, and hunting. He is actively involved in supporting his sons’ Boy Scout troop and also enjoys woodworking.

David Rice is a Territory Manager at On Point Solutions with a background in industrial sales dating back to 2014. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and has specialized in the metal fabrication industry since 2020, partnering with manufacturers to improve efficiency, expand capabilities, and make strategic equipment investments that support long-term growth. Based in Alabama, David is a proud father to his 10-year-old son, Ashton, and spends much of his free time supporting him in baseball and basketball. He also enjoys fishing, running, and hiking, bringing the same discipline and relationship-driven approach to both his personal life and professional career.

Cory Lynch serves On Point Solutions as Territory Manager for Arkansas, joining the company in early 2026. He has been active in the fabrication industry since 2018, with the majority of his experience focused on welding and cutting applications. While newer to the machine tool segment, Cory brings a strong industry foundation and firsthand understanding of the challenges manufacturers face. His practical background and solutions-driven approach allow him to deliver value and build lasting partnerships with his customers. Cory holds a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Louisiana Tech University. He resides in Benton, Arkansas with his 12-year-old son. Outside of work, he enjoys watching professional soccer matches and supporting his son at games. He also enjoys playing golf, fishing, hiking, and exploring new places.
