Cedar Grove, WI - On Point Holdings today announced a strategic partnership with CLOOS North America, a leading provider of robotic welding automation solutions and the North American subsidiary of Carl Cloos Schweisstechnik GmbH.
Under the agreement, On Point Solutions will serve as CLOOS North America’s exclusive regional sales and business development partner for standard robotic welding automation systems across a defined territory that includes North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Alabama, as well as the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and the Florida Panhandle. In this role, On Point Solutions will lead customer engagement, opportunity identification, and system selection efforts for manufacturers evaluating robotic welding automation within the region.
Complementing these commercial efforts, OpEx Service will provide installation, warranty, and ongoing service support for CLOOS standard robotic welding systems throughout the same territory. OpEx will maintain dedicated technical resources trained specifically on CLOOS equipment to ensure consistent installation quality, system reliability, and long-term operational performance.
